I want to give you guys some insight into the brand new Netflix series called the pharmacist gonna try. My best to refrain from spoilers because this is a documentary series that you just have to see to believe but sometimes those are the best or at least the most interesting true stories. The Pharmacist Netflix Mini-Series – Review and Summary. I don’t want to say the best because this is a very tragic story.
Especially at the beginning but I need your comments down below how do you feel about this series. If you enjoy these Netflix reviews. We will definitely do more we do these every single weekend so in 1999. After losing his son in a drug-related shooting in New Orleans and lacking answers from police a small-town pharmacist.
Dan Schneider beats the odds when he embarks on a pursuit to find and bring his son’s killer to justice. Obviously, It’s a true story so there aren’t too many things. I can give away when it comes to spoilers but it’s more about the ripple effects of what happens at the beginning of the first episode that’s when things get crazy.
He begins to see the bigger picture of what’s actually going on here but let’s start with Dan. I mean Dan is the perfect guy for a documentary like this he has the personality a very common subtle personality. The Pharmacist Netflix Mini-Series – Review and Summary. You feel his emotion when he’s retelling the story as you do everyone involved in those first few episodes.
One thing I loved about this is he did not just have the story coming from his voice. He actually had tapes and audiovisuals occasionally not necessarily from him but the tapes that he had with the recorded conversations between him and the police department between him and multiple different people.
I found that one of the most interesting aspects of this Docky series. I just picture the directors the people involved with producing this realizing that they struck a goldmine with this story maybe. They didn’t know all of this stuff at first and they just wanted his perspective of the story with his son.
Obviously they’re gonna dig into what he did as a pharmacist but the actual proof that he had with all of this was remarkable. I found it to be so fascinating and you think you’re in for something in the first episode and then at the halfway point. You realize it’s turning into something a bit grander more stories start coming in more people get involved.
It really is when you look at it from Dan’s point of view he becomes emotionally wrecked but then he becomes almost obsessed. I don’t say that in a negative light I mean he wants to figure out what happened how I fixed that and I love how the show never forgets Danny never forgets the Sun. The Pharmacist Netflix Mini-Series – Review and Summary. It always keeps him at the forefront even though this gets a lot bigger than what that ever was but that is still the emotional center.
It’s a lot of different emotions this is a show that will keep you captivated the entire time and you know if you look at it from a certain point of view it is kind of a cliche documentary right we get the b-roll. We get the footage of the interviews we get certain things about characters and storylines that maybe don’t feel as cohesive as the first couple of episodes but as an overall story.
I like to judge documentaries in documentary series as how much did it impact me personally how captivated was I by the story itself and then where it goes and the act that it took these twists and turns for me. It works really well and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I think this is a show that is going to interest.
You may not Entertain You I think it will but it will definitely keep you interested and because of all of those things first off if you enjoyed this article. If you like what we’re doing on this channel hit that thumbs up button be sure to call me your thoughts on this series. I’m going to solid eight out of ten.
I’m going 80% for the pharmacists on Netflix really really good showman. The Pharmacist Review. I was captivated only four episodes before episodes about an hour apiece and then when you get to the end the last episode starts getting answers to questions to get more pissed off. It’s just a lot of emotions.
